My Story
Cory’s professional journey began in the culinary arts, studying at Le Cordon Bleu Academy and managing kitchens for Planet Hollywood and Ale House over a 15-year career. While he enjoyed cooking, difficulties associated with restaurant life simply didn’t feel sustainable for a soon-to-be family man.
In 2004, Cory transitioned to establishing a residential appraisal business, providing valuable insights to banks and investors on housing markets and pricing trends. As you may be able to predict, with the 2007 housing crisis came the need for another change.
In 2007, Cory moved into financial planning and investment management, delivering comprehensive services to clients nationwide at Fidelity Investments, TD Ameritrade and Madden Advisory Services.

Qualifications
Cory holds the Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Market Technician, and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, which requires fiduciary standard over his business and clientele.
